I've had the opportunity to speak about my widow journey and my passion as a grief coach to help others navigate through grief. I'm honored to share my story, lessons I have learned along the way and how I tapped into a lifetime of resilience to build a life with joy and meaning after the death of my husband.

I believe everyone has the right to be happy and I hope my story and my experiences can help others who are suffering to see that there is a path forward.
